About Rossette Coffee

Rossette Coffee Lab in Delhi is the vision of hospitality professional Vansh and home brewer Aashrray, who created a roastery and experience centre that offers tastings, workshops and barista training. They specialise in Indian specialty coffee, sourcing beans from more than 20 estates that follow fair‑trade and biodiverse farming practices. Using a state‑of‑the‑art Probat roaster, Rossette roasts in small batches, then packages the beans in LDPA bags and ships them directly across India to ensure freshness and consistent quality. Beyond roasting, the team acts as coffee consultants—crafting recipes, providing barista training, and helping cafés and restaurants develop menus. Their mission is to elevate India’s coffee culture by working directly with farmers to improve cup quality and transparency and by educating consumers and professionals through tastings and workshops. Rossette’s roast philosophy focuses on developing clarity and sweetness in each cup; profiles are built at the cupping table to showcase the character of each shade‑grown, hand‑picked coffee.
