Unakki Washed

Unakki Washed is a single-estate Arabica grown in the misty hills of Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka at 1220 MASL. The beans are of the Chandragiri varietal, known for its balanced structure and disease resistance, and have been processed using the washed method to preserve clarity and enhance sweetness. This medium-light roast brings out elegant notes of zesty mandarin, floral honey, and toasted nuts, resulting in a cup that is smooth, comforting, and vibrant without being overpowering. With a balanced acidity and medium body, it has achieved a cup score of 83, making it a solid contender in the specialty segment.
