From the lush hills of the Gungegiri Estate (1160–1340m), this Arabica SLN 795 showcases how Indian coffee producers are redefining flavour. Using a unique Honey Sun-Dried Process, the cherries are fermented anaerobically with native ‘Yele’ (banana) leaves for 43 hours before being dried slowly under the sun. The result is a syrupy, fruit-forward cup layered with caramel sweetness, dried apricot, berries, and a clean sweet lime finish.
