Geisha (also known as Gesha) is celebrated worldwide for its elegant flavour profile. This lot undergoes the Natural Process, where the cherries are sun-dried whole, concentrating fruit sugars and creating a tropical vibrancy that is beautifully balanced by delicate floral notes. We apply a Light Roast to preserve the Geisha’s delicate elegance. Best enjoyed via pour-over methods (V60, Kalita, Chemex) where its clarity and complexity shine. As the cup cools, the vibrant fruit and floral notes become even more pronounced, rewarding slow, mindful sipping.
