These cherries are washed with clean water and undergo a unique process before being pulped. The coffee fruit is then pulped without the removal of the mucilage and is shade dried, thereby eventually attaining a yellow exterior & imparting sweet fruit notes, Our Yellow Honey Coffee has notes of Cocoa, Toasted Hazelnut & Floral Roast Profile : Light to Medium
