About Cold Brew Blend
An omni-roast blend of naturals from Chikmagalur, grown at 1260 MASL and built for steeped cold brew. The cup opens with a sweet, syrup-driven core of brown sugar and molasses, balanced by dried cherry brightness, with walnuts adding nutty depth. Acidity is briskly sweet, clean and citrus-leaning; the body is syrupy and medium-plus; the finish is smooth and sweet-toned, highlighted by fig and cherry. Suggested for steeped cold brew, French press and immersion brewers.
