Presenting First of Farmers Collective coffee from India in TAFCR, Planted and Processed at Ammikulavi Estate in Heart of Pulney Hills in the elevations of Tamil Nadu, India. A mix of S9, S10, S795 & Caturra are hand selected and Floated to remove low density floaters in a tank and the best selected cherries are left in an anaerobic tank for 74-96hr with Pichia Yeast to elevate the coffee and guide the fermentation process further. once the Anaerobic Fermentation is ended cherries go on raised beds to dry under a shade for a set amount of time. This coffee comes from 2025 Harvest season and is aged for about 7 to 8 months before roasting so the coffee can perform at its peak.
