Sl34 Slow Dried Naturals brings a traditional processing method over raised beds in shaded places where the cherries dry slowly and get more character to it. where as roasting we went with a traditional medium light roast to highlight all the citrus fruits and and subtle florals in the coffee. This will be a limited release lot of only a few bags since it was the first time us getting cherries from this region. Each bag will have 150gm only.
