Thermal Shocked Advanced Pink Bourbon Colombia

This is a Pink Bourbon Coffee from Medellin Collective this is our Lot 2 and we decided to innovate a little on the traditional processing itself, we thermal shocked the coffee cherries and proceeded to Freeze the cherries for a set amount of time to enhance the natural sweetness of the coffee naturally without inoculating or processing with yeast or cultures. This marks the second year for us with this coffee which gave us hands on experience on processing and better control on the coffee itself. we are delighted to share this coffee with brewers and cafes.
