LA BAMBA - DARK-ROAST COFFEE. Wet-processed Inner Giris Arabica and Robusta Blend. When roasted to first crack/ medium roast the coffee exhibits a lithe medley of sweet and tart citrus. Complex flavours with a light body of golden maple syrup. In a dark roast, it exposes its characteristic rustic fruit flavors, molasses sugars, fragrant floral accents. Classic notes of dried dates, apricots and prunes. An espresso blend – Dark Roast. This espresso coffee is named La Bamba” after the famous ‘Son Jarocho’ style song sung by Richie Valens. A dark roasted coffee with beans hand-selected from Chikmagalur, this coffee has a rich aroma, berries in the mouth with an incredibly bright and sweet finish.
