Shade grown at about 1600 meters, this is a speciality coffee from one of the highest plantations in the region. It has undergone fermentation for 32 hours before and after pulping after which it has been washed with mountain spring water and slow dried for 18 days. This coffee has a chocolaty body with notes of caramel and almonds with a muted acidity.
