Located in the Sahyadri range (Western Ghats), Chikmagalur, benefiting from volcanic soil, pure water and crisp air. Cherries are hand-picked at optimum ripeness avoiding underripe beans. Beans undergo washing process: pulping, natural fermentation, washing and sun-drying.
