Determined to deliver export‑grade beans to Indian homes, they source coffees such as Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold and Sumatra Mandheling, and introduced convenient drip coffee bags. Their boutique process personalises roast levels, flavour profiles, grind sizes and bean varieties. Both founders have experience curing and processing coffee in Indonesia, and Saumay holds multiple SCA certifications
