Boothangudi Estate Decaffeinated Coffee is a high altitude arabica from an experimental coffee producer in Chikmagalur, India, classified as a Sacred Grove with special cultural importance. The estate is located at 1000-1100 MASL with a perennial water source. The coffee is processed using a honey process and decaffeinated using a natural Super Critical CO2 fluid extraction process that is chemical-free and organic. The varietal is 100% Arabica SLN 795. Tasting notes include milk chocolate, mild acidity, balanced body is medium.
