Classic Wet Plum

Classic Coffee introduces our new single-origin microlot from Harley Estate - Wet Plum Coffee. Whole ripe cherries are washed with clean water and then stored in an airtight container, for fermentation, along with the introduction of a plum bacteria developed in-house. Post which a slow drying method is adapted to allow the coffee to develop maximum flavours and thereby imparting flavours of a ripe juicy plum.
