Triptych — Three Coffees, 3 ×

Three origins. One roast. Taste the difference. Triptych is three 30 g test tubes of coffee: Paper Moon from Guji, Ethiopia, Deep Field from Koraput, Odisha and Cold Front from Kiambu, Kenya. All three are natural process Arabica, roasted medium light to Depth 36. The roast is the same, so what separates them in the cup is where they are from. The tubes are numbered 01 to 03, and a reveal card inside names each one. Brew them side by side, write down what you taste, then read the card. 30 g is enough to brew each one properly. If one tube becomes a favourite, each of the three comes in a full 250 g bag.
