Spirit of Assam - 100% Arabica Beans sourced from the highlands of Dima Hasao, Assam. Medium roast highlighting natural sweetness and nutty undertones with delicate citrus and cocoa notes. Whole bean format freshly roasted to order in small batches. Single origin coffee grown at 529 m to 2,158 m elevation with a cupping score of 80 (Specialty Coffee Association standard). Flavor profile includes citrus, mandarin, brown sugar, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and stone fruit with balanced acidity and smooth body. Ethically sourced from smallholder farmers.
