It is a medium roast 100% Arabica blend from smallholder farms in Assam, Tripura, and Meghalaya, designed specifically for cold brew extraction. The blend includes Assam (20%) for full-bodied depth, Tripura (40%) for balancing brightness and mild acidity, and Tura, Meghalaya (40%) for tropical sweetness with gentle fruit layers. Perfect for slow sipping or summer energizing, each 50g pouch brews approximately 500 ml of cold brew when steeped for 16 hours at 4°C with a 1:8 coffee to water ratio. Tasting notes include gentle fruitiness like berries, subtle tamarind tang, and a cocoa aftertaste, resulting in a balanced sensory experience.
