Jugalbandi began as an experiment. When we blended coffees, the cup revealed flavor notes that neither coffee expressed when brewed separately. That discovery inspired the name. Jugalbandi is my way of describing the collaboration between coffees distinct coffees coming together to create something greater than either could achieve alone. That's the essence of Jugalbandi: harmony through blending.

i think it’s a pretty clean and nice cup. the acidity is balanced, leaves a cozy aftertaste, no funk, as it cools down, little more sweetness is showing up
