A classic collection coffee roasted a little dark to bring out a nuanced taste profile. This natural processed high elevation Arabica shows glimmers of jasmine, tuberose, rose hips complexed with sweet citrus of nectarine, orange peel. Light and bright and yet a very complex floral cup! Surprisingly resilient to a darker roast when the citrus transforms beautifully into dark chocolate notes complexed with undertones of cigar smoke. ‘The Rain Song’ is a ballad song from Led Zeppelin‘s fifth album Houses of the Holy. Just like the song, there’s such tasteful, beautiful detail in the coffee and a triumphant feel when the flavors roll in. It’s smooth and moody and strong, at the same time.
