About Salawara Liberica 96H Anaerobic Naturals (SCA 87+)
It's back—because you asked for it. After selling out last year, Salawara Liberica Anaerobic Natural quickly became one of the most requested coffees in our collection. The messages kept coming, asking when it would return. This season, we're excited to bring it back—but once again, only in limited quantities as part of our 1% Series, a collection dedicated to the rarest coffee varietals we source. Crafted from Liberica—one of the world's rarest coffee species—this lot is roasted light to showcase its remarkable complexity. The 96-hour Anaerobic Natural fermentation develops an intensely aromatic cup with extraordinary depth. Expect juicy lychee, the rich sweetness of dry longan, luscious mulberry preserve, and delicate floral notes of honeysuckle. It's a coffee that's vibrant, elegant, and unlike anything found in a traditional Arabica cup. Sourced from Salawara Estate in Hassan, Karnataka, this coffee is produced in small volumes. Its rarity isn't manufactured—it's the result of limited Liberica cultivation, meticulous processing, and uncompromising quality standards. Every release is unique, and once it's gone, it may not return in the same form. Brew it as a pourover an aeropress or a light roast espresso it is a sure pleaser.
