Mosto Magic - Honey Process

Mosto Magic is a honey-processed coffee and is not designed to be a fruit-forward coffee. The cup leans more towards sweetness, warmth, floral nuance, and a rich confectionery character. Mosto Magic is roasted lightly, with the roast developed carefully to preserve its inherent sweetness, aromatic character, and delicate structure. This limited microlot comes from Dimbada Estate & Farm in Sakleshpur, Karnataka, where carefully selected Chandragiri cherries were processed through an experimental anaerobic Mosto fermentation followed by honey processing. The result is a comforting yet unconventional coffee, built around sweetness, texture, and fermentation complexity rather than high fruit intensity.
