Brewer's Tribute - Naturals

Brewer's Tribute is available exclusively as whole beans. This coffee is our way of saying thank you to the home brewers who have been part of our journey. Brewer's Tribute comes from a large lot of ripe coffee cherries from Kalyancool Estate, Chikmagalur. The cherries were gently bruised to partially open the fruit, increasing contact between the coffee and the fermentation environment. The coffee was fermented under controlled conditions for 120 hrs, allowing the yeast-driven process to develop additional sweetness, fruit complexity, and body while retaining the underlying character of the estate. Following fermentation, the coffee was transferred to raised beds for slow, shaded drying. The final coffee is light roasted, with careful roast development intended to retain the character created during processing while keeping the cup clean, vibrant, and suitable for home brewing. Brewer's Tribute is designed to be an approachable specialty light roast—a coffee that brings together expressive fruit, sweetness, and genuine sweet acidity in the cup.
