Everyday Gold Value is a washed roast made from hand-sorted B-sized Arabica beans grown on our own estate in Chikmagalur. Fully washed with a 10-hour water drain, it ensures clarity, consistency, and a smooth daily cup. Available in two roast levels: Medium Roast, a filter roast with juicy acidity and minimum bitterness, offering toasted almond, golden raisin, and milk chocolate notes; and Dark Minus Roast, developed as an espresso roast with full-bodied cup, rich chocolate depth, and nutty-sweet complexity, including cocoa, roasted hazelnut, caramelized date, and brown sugar flavors. Medium roast profile is rested 14 days from roast date, Dark Minus profile rested 5 days. Offered as whole bean and ground options.
