The Arabica SLN 795 cherries are co-fermented in air-tight barrels with wild Indian gooseberries (Nellikai) for 38 hours before being slow-dried for 20 days. The result is an adventurous cup that bursts with gooseberry tang, sweet lime brightness, and a nutty chocolate candy-like finish.
