About Edoras
From the legendary Attikan Estate at 1650 MASL, this rare microlot represents one of the boldest experiments in Indian coffee. The Arabica SLN 795 cherries are co-fermented in air-tight barrels with wild Indian gooseberries (Nellikai) for 38 hours before being slow-dried for 20 days. This microlot’s volatile aromatics are best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks of roast.
