About Raxidi Lobo Estate

Meet our second release from Raxidi Estate, a coffee farm run by three generations of the Lobo family since the 1950s. Processed using the anaerobic natural method, this light roast brews punchy cups with pleasant acidity and sweetness. The aromatics remind of cherries as a velvety mouthfeel reveals notes of mosambi, raw mango, and plum. Concluding each sip is an aftertaste of sweet lime, making for a bright, expressive cup. Best enjoyed black, we recommend brewing this coffee using an AeroPress, or as a Pour Over.

Good to Know

Before You Brew.

Quick answers on how Raxidi Lobo Estate tastes, brews, and where it comes from.

Coffee Q&A

Blue Tokai Coffee's tasting notes for Raxidi Lobo Estate lean toward Cherries, Mosambi, Plum and Raw Mango. Flavor is subjective and shifts with roast freshness, grind size, and brew method, so your cup may vary.

Raxidi Lobo Estate is a single-origin coffee, sourced from one origin rather than blended, so it reflects the character of that specific place.

Raxidi Lobo Estate is suggested for Aeropress and Pour Over. As a rule of thumb: espresso needs a fine grind, pour-over and drip a medium grind, and French press or cold brew a coarse grind. Dial in from there to taste.
