A single-origin coffee from Ammikulavi Estate, offering a beautifully balanced cup with notes of berry jam, globe grapes, and fig. Berry-led sweetness meets grape-like acidity, finishing with a refined, pleasantly dry depth. Selections 9, 10 & 795 undergo 96-hour anaerobic fermentation, followed by slow shade-drying. The cherries are carefully dried on African raised beds until completely dry, preserving their vibrant fruit character. Recommended resting period: 12-15 days RECIPE CARD PROVIDED.
