Notes of yuzu lemonade, cranberry, and pineapple make for a bright, tropical cup with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Catuai varietal processed using a yeast-assisted carbonic natural method and dried on raised beds, allowing full fruit development and structured fermentation character.
