Kanfora Prestige Reserve is an award-winning 100% Robusta roasted coffee from Balehonnur Estate. It undergoes a carefully controlled four-day fermentation followed by a slow twenty-one-day drying process to develop sweetness and balance. Roasted to a smooth medium profile, it offers flavor notes of passion fruit, brown sugar, toasted nuts, and chocolate. The coffee is single estate, traceable to Field 3 within Balehonnur Estate at elevations of 2,600-3100 feet. Recommended brewing methods include Chemex, Pour Over, Aeropress, French Press, Moka Pot, and Espresso.
