Nectar

A bright and refined SL10 varietal with a juicy, fruit-forward profile. Apricot and nectarine bring a soft stone-fruit sweetness, while sweet lime adds a fresh citrus lift and lively acidity. As the cup cools, the profile becomes more delicate and floral, finishing with a clean jasmine tea-like character. Processed using the Culture Washed method, the coffee undergoes a controlled fermentation with a selected microbial culture before being washed and carefully dried. This approach brings greater clarity and definition to the cup, allowing the natural sweetness and fruit character of SL10 to remain expressive without becoming overly ferment-forward. The result is a clean, vibrant coffee with layered sweetness, elegant acidity and a lingering floral finish.
