About Roastery Coffee
Nishant Sinha founded Roastery Coffee in 2017 with a mission to brew India’s finest coffees and share them widely. The company pays fair or premium prices to farmers and ensures that all its coffees score above 80 on the SCA scale. A hospitality graduate and pioneer of Indian specialty coffee, Sinha opened the brand’s first global outlet in Helsinki in 2024 and plans to expand across India and beyond while connecting coffee communities
