Yelnoorkhan Estate Anaerobic Washed

This is our first coffee from Yelnoorkhan Estate, and a collaboration we’re excited to begin. With a coffee-growing history stretching back more than a century, Yelnoorkhan represents a side of Indian coffee we have always valued — high-elevation growing, careful picking and a strong connection to traditional washed coffees. While fermentation-led processing continues to open up new possibilities, we’ve never lost our love for the clarity and structure of a great washed cup. This Anaerobic Washed Chandragiri brings the two worlds together. A controlled fermentation adds a contemporary dimension, while the washed process keeps the coffee clean and composed.
