Our Cloud End roast features 100% Arabica beans from North-East India, West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. We roast the beans here in the Himalayas at an altitude of 7000ft. Cloud End is a medium-light roast, but roasted more towards the medium side. The beans have undergone a natural process hence as you drink our Cloud End you will experience tasting fruity, earthy, milk chocolaty notes. The coffee is light bodied and has a slightly higher acidity. We recommend having our Cloud End Assam roast as a pour-over. It's a wonderful coffee to drink black, just as it is.
