Roasted to perfection to allow it to shine in a black coffee. At D'CAF, we use supercritical CO₂ — a chemical-free method that selectively removes caffeine while leaving the bean's natural oils, aromas, and complexity completely intact. The result is a decaffeinated coffee that is true to it's origin.
