About D'CAF
D'CAF is a Delhi-based roaster working exclusively with decaffeinated specialty coffee — the first Indian brand dedicated to the category. Specialty-grade Arabica is decaffeinated by the supercritical CO2 process to under 0.1% caffeine by dry weight, roasted in small batches, and sold as whole bean or ground. The range is two roasts: Origin, a light-medium profile for black coffee, and Comfort, a medium-dark profile for milk and South Indian filter. Operated by DCAF Beverages Pvt. Ltd.
