Notte Espresso Roast A dark, round espresso roast that behaves itself. It pulls the same way every morning, takes milk without disappearing, and does not need a micro-scale to get right. Brew methods: Espresso Machine, Moka Pot, French Press / Cafetiere, Aeropress A balanced espresso blend crafted from washed Arabica grown by Avinash at Bolamudi Estate in Billigeri Hills and CxR cultivated by Moideen at Silent Valley Estate in Mannarkad (1000–1200 MASL). Roasted dark enough to cut cleanly through milk while preserving rich cacao, almond, and caramel depth. 18–20g espresso double shot (around 28 seconds), or 2 rounded tablespoons for a Moka pot, South Indian filter or French press with 250ml water. Rich, forgiving, and cuts cleanly through milk without needing a scale.
