About Crema
Crema is a Bangalore micro-roaster run by Yash, built around two everyday staples: Notte, a dark roast for espresso, milk drinks and moka pots, and Giorno, a light omni-roast for filter and black espresso. Batches are roasted once a week on Mondays and rested before dispatch, in 250g bags alongside 100g tasters and shot vials. A seasonal lot, Verde, rotates in next to the core pair, and the roastery also runs a wholesale and cafe program.
