In that pursuit we have come to love the washed coffee from Ratnagiri Estate. The fact that this coffee has been dried on raised beds gives it a uniformity like none other. We have procured the AAA size from the estate to aid us in evenly roasting the coffee. This coffee is a quintessential washed coffee with bright blackcurrant acidity, big chocolate body and a deep rich toffee sweetness. The coffee is roasted to a Medium level and goes fantastic both as a black coffee or with milk.
