About Udayagiri Estate – Yeast Fermented Arabica
Udayagiri Estate — Yeast Fermented Arabica Grown at elevations of 1300–1400 MASL in the Baba Budangiri Hills of Chikmagalur, this specialty-grade Arabica from Udayagiri Estate undergoes a controlled yeast fermentation process designed to enhance sweetness, structure, and aromatic complexity in the cup. Produced from the SLN 795 varietal, the fermentation introduces layered fruit character while preserving clarity and balance. The resulting profile is expressive yet composed, with refined acidity, rounded sweetness, and a clean finish. At Bare Bean Roastery, the coffee is roasted with a profile intended to highlight the nuances created during fermentation while maintaining transparency of origin and cup structure across both espresso and filter brewing methods. Best suited for pour-over, AeroPress, and French press.
