About Savorworks Coffee Roasters

Savorworks Coffee & Chocolate was born during the pandemic as a passion project by Baninder Singh, a professional coffee and cacao roaster, and Paweena Withyasathien, a master chocolatier. They craft bean‑to‑cup coffee and bean‑to‑bar chocolate experiences using carefully sourced Indian beans and top‑tier equipment. Established in April 2020 and expanded with a chocolate arm in May 2021, the self‑funded venture opened an atelier in New Delhi in 2022.
