Grown on the Ratnagiri estate at 1,450 MASL and crafted from the catuai varietal, this lot is processed as an anaerobic natural and then aged in rum barrels for a period of 120 days, which is how it earns its unmistakable character — every sip will keep reminding you of something gloriously boozy, and you don’t need a single drink to enjoy it.
