It is so much of everything; it reminds you of your favourite fruit — sweet, mildly acidic, touched by a roasty character. Perfect balance.” That is precisely why we chose to develop the roast a tad more than usual — to highlight the sweetness, while still retaining its mild, bright character. The roast is there, but never takes over. Best on espresso, moka pot, and south indian filter but perfectly at home with any brew method you choose.
