The coffee underwent a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by slow drying over 25 days. Roasted to a medium profile, this coffee offers a vibrant cup with fruity layers and a nutty note, featuring aromas of red grape, and flavors of kiwi, papaya, pomegranate, roasted hazelnut, with a soft berry-like finish.
