This is your delicious and dependable daily driver. Sweet, layered and a hint of fruit to keep things exciting. We did something interesting here. We had a coffee we really enjoyed when roasted light or dark, but at a medium roast it mellowed and blended all of the really interesting characteristics — so we roasted half the beans light (ish), the other half medium-dark, put them together and viola, magic in the cup! Sweet and decadent with notes of toasted marshmallows and brown sugar with a delightful dash of ripe cherries bring it all together. Staying to true to it's name, this ones a crowd pleaser and really shines across brew methods.
