Ajmer‑based Alchemist Roastery is a family‑run micro‑roastery and café started by siblings Gaurav, Mohit and Shweta Choudhary. Gaurav, a maritime engineer‑turned‑barista, roasts and sources beans; Mohit leads growth and marketing; and Shweta manages the café floor. United by a desire to bring specialty coffee to their hometown, they roast small batches and serve farm‑to‑cup brews at their cafés in Ajmer and Jaipur, creating a trend‑setting specialty coffee experience.
