Extended fermentation and soaking help create a coffee with remarkable clarity, balanced sweetness, and a smooth, lingering finish. With high sweetness, medium acidity, tea-like notes and a silky body, this coffee is especially well suited for espresso, while also performing beautifully in a moka pot and French press.
