About Shodh Coffee

Shodh Coffee is a Surat-based specialty roaster founded by Dhairya and Jay, two college friends whose curiosity about coffee led them to start roasting in small batches. The name "Shodh" — Sanskrit for "to seek" — reflects their sourcing philosophy: selecting coffees through rigorous multi-session tasting rather than chasing trends. They roast in small batches and ship PAN India, with an emphasis on building a specialty coffee culture in Surat.
