Roast Coffee is a Hyderabad-based specialty roaster that began as a boutique cafe before moving into production roasting. It roasts on a Loring S70 Peregrine — the roaster claims to be the first in India to use the model — and sources from estates in Chikmagalur, Tamil Nadu, and Odisha. Alongside single-estate coffees and brewing equipment, it operates a 500-seat Coffee & Culinary Experience venue combining roasting, baking, and gelato production.
