A light roast specialty coffee from Koraput, Odisha, processed as fermented sun-dried naturals. The coffee features aromas of orange zest, berries, and chocolate when dry, and berry jam, orange, and betel leaf when wet. Sensory evaluation reveals flavors of pomegranate and maple syrup with a clear plum finish. It contains varietals Chandragiri and SLN 9 grown at 1100 meters altitude. The roast profile is light roast dropped at 202° with early first crack and a total roast time under 8.30 minutes. Characteristics include bright acidity with medium-heavy body. Recommended minimum resting period is 9 days for filter and 11 days for espresso.
