Roasted deep into second crack, the beans carry a glossy sheen and brew a cup that holds its ground—especially when paired with milk. This roast is built for intensity and blends beautifully into cappuccinos, lattes, or even a classic South Indian-style milk coffee. Note: While French Roast can work with fully automatic machines, its oily surface may not suit all grinders. We recommend checking compatibility or opting for a coarser grind if you're using bean-to-cup setups.
